County Arts BC, Great Plumstead BC, Downham Market BC & Norfolk BC all progressed to the semi-finals of the Bales Cup with victories in the quarter finals played on Friday.
Great Plumstead took the great form shown in the League, where they top the table in East 2, to beat near neighbours and Premier League Acle St Edmunds, whilst the Premier League Downham Market & County Arts proved too strong for Shouldham and Shipdham. In the all Premier League clash, defending champions Norfolk BC overcame Wymondham Dell.
