The Competition Portal automatically generated email to competitors giving the draw & opponent details includes wording relating to the offering of dates for the competition. This should NOT be shown for those competitions that are played on a fixed PLAY ON date as displayed on the Competition draw. This should only be shown for Competitions played on a ‘Play no later than’ date.

This is a system bug which we are investigating with the system developers and PLEASE IGNORE this wording for those Competitions played on fixed PLAY ON dates.
