Great Plumstead BC ‘A’ lifted the Hansells Cup in the League playoffs held at Wymondham Dell on Saturday beating Hempton BC ‘B’ in the final.

After a nail biting semi-final where they beat Mundford Village BC by a 3 shots they proved too strong for Hempton BC ‘B’ in the final winning on all three rinks to win by 20 shots.

Hempton had reached the finals in an even closer encounter against Dickleburgh BC winning by a single shot.

Congratulations not only to Great Plumstead but to the other teams on reaching the play offs following their performances over the season in the League Zones and to all for producing a great days bowling.
