It was a disappointing day for the ladies in the Johns Trophy at Hadleigh Bowls Club on Saturday. Needing to win the match, they were defeated by Essex in a closely fought contest. 

The County’s thanks go to all who have given up their time throughout the season to play and organise these games: players, administrators, selectors, supporters, travelling reserves and umpires. All have played their part in achieving second place in the group with two wins out of three.

Norfolk ladies send their best wishes to Essex for their quarter final game against Buckinghamshire on Saturday 8th August.
