The Norfolk Bowls Association Tour this year was led by President Chris Rowe from Downham Market BC and consisted of 24 players from clubs spread across Norfolk.

The tour to Bedfordshire was based at The Broadway Hotel in Letchworth Garden City and the tourists played matches at Luton Town BC, Wilstead BC, Linslade BC, and Kempston Hammers BC.

On the last day with 4 out of 4 wins, the tourists went to Maulden BC to play against Bowls Bedfordshire and in a tense, close match ran out the winners to complete a clean sweep for the tour, much to the delight of President Chris Rowe.

The tourists thoroughly enjoyed their week which also included a visit to the Shuttleworth Collection and a steam hauled trip on the Leighton Buzzard Light Railway.

Plans are afoot for the 2027 tour and bowls players around Norfolk are welcome to join the Tour when details are circulated to their Clubs later this year.
